All the while, I was due to deliver my first baby any day. Thanks to insurance as well as Enterprise's accessibility/resourcefulness, they were able to get us into a larger, safer vehicle that had plenty of space for our baby's car seat and stroller. “I was originally supposed to rent a car with Avis. When I called to verify my reservation and that they would have a call the day before I was to pick it up, the agent advised me that they could not guarantee me a vehicle. That's when I called Enterprise. I spoke with Noah at the North Huntingdon location and he did guarantee me a vehicle. I made the reservation and could not have been more pleased with the service! I originally rented a smaller SUV and upgraded to a mid size at pick up as they had one available. Hit a curb one hour after getting the vehicle and blew the tire. Went back to the rental location and Noah called the Monroeville location and got me another vehicle immediately! I went out to Monroeville where Lincoln, the representative, hooked me up with everything I needed in a vehicle for the trip I was taking. All the staff I dealt with at these locations were extremely professional and helpful more than anywhere else I've ever gone! Kudos to Enterprise and their awesome staff!!! I'll definitely rent from you again! Thank you for everything!”
