“Their customer service is excellent. The person who packed the glass I ordered made a mistake and shipped a piece that was a half-inch too big. If this were for a decoration, I wouldn't have noticed, but it had to fit the top of a table. So I sent them a message, they responded immediately, and sent the replacement glass of the correct size quickly with UPS. The new piece fits perfectly and now the table looks original. Now I have a spare 10.5" glass circle that I can use for something else.”

“Trish from the sewing department was an excellent resource. She helped me with every question I had. Trish has excellent customer relation skills and is a great asset to this store.The store itself is quite large and has an array of crafting and creating resources. I live near a smaller JoAnns but this location is definitely worth the drive if you're hoping to have a bit more variety in your shopping choices.The following is a suggestion from my husband who graciously endured my 2 1/2 hours of shopping. He noticed a lot of people either sitting inside and outside the store as well as many people looking at books. He said it would be really nice if there was a lounge area that could be enjoyed by all.Again, I had an excellent experience at this store.”
“My first time in this particular Gabes. I was impressed with the overall size and the tons of available products. They seem to have just about everything you could imagine or want except for food of course. They have a large section for pets especially cat trees. Gabes is where I always go for my suitcase. They hold up and they are inexpensive. There is no need to spend a lot of money on a suitcase that gets beat up anyway. In fact I have had a suitcase for about 15 years now that I still use that I purchased from Gabes. I also purchased 2 Adirondack lawn chairs, they are pretty heavy duty, seem sturdy and tough and they were under $20.00. I highly recommend this specific location.”

“Went in for 2 items but only got one. Happily it was on sale so I was thrilled. As a matter of fact they had so many items drastically reduced that I need to make another visit soon.
The sales staff were very friendly and helpful, so why wouldn't I return?”
“It was a bit overwhelming to experience. Aisles are wide and easy to navigate, but the store floor is enormous. The display barges are fully stacked with most things one may imagine. Personally, it is difficult for my brain to process aisle after aisle of so many items as it likens to a real life 'where's waldo' world, However, everything is very nice. Definitely set some time aside to browse if you are a first-time visitor. For those in the retail industry, it is sheer merchandising at its best. I fell into impulse buying on my visit as I am sure the layout has been designed for. I doesn't matter what one may be looking for, if anything at all, but most will find it difficult to leave empty-handed.”
“Always something at Gabes that you've got to take home. Clothing or house hold goods there's so much to choose from. Covers children, teens, women and juniors and men. Some wonderful shoe brands. Many name brands so look close. It's a little like a TJ Maxx but more to pick through. The prices are always low.”

“I read the reviews before coming here, and I was expecting the worst. But I had a great experience, lady on the front was nice and polite, got here at 730am with an appointment for 830am and I got a door right away... live load took less than a hour .. in and out!!!!! .... make sure you fallow the rules!!! Park your truck on the yard first , walk to the office door next to dock 12, have your pick up number ready!!! .... 5 stars

“I bought honey for my mom. Tom was great, called me as he said he would when an out of stock product came in (he held it for me without requiring me to pay up front). I easily found parking right out front both times. Quick, easy, friendly staff, great honey, supporting small business. Nothing negative to speak of.”
