“I always have a good experience at Quest and this visit was no different. I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment and was taken back earlier. My phlebotomist, was very professional and friendly and being a very hard stick, she got me on the first try! She allowed me to wait in the waiting room until my ride arrived and that is when I also witnessed her and another phlebotomist, the only two working there, get bombarded by walk-ins coming in and them explaining they are understaffed and not accepting walk-ins at that time. They both handled themselves with such professionalism in light of some not so happy people...they need to be commended.”
