“Visited the Ollie's yesterday and I had exceptional service. I was looking for a particular sale item and I believe this location was just not heavily staffed. I understand that.I went up to the register and asked where I might find this said item. Deanna and Gabrielle both assisted me. Gabrielle even met me in the back of the store to make sure I was able to find what I needed, after she finished at her register.Friendly staff, much appreciated and very much needed today.
