Walked in needing to complete a ~60 second task. Stood there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. When I asked for help, the response was rude. Once I was finally helped, it did take less than a minute. Just poor customer service.

Staff are very helpful when I visit with a problem they solve it, no problem. I'm glad we have them near to help us Seniors.
