“I visited the Boot N Shoot boutique shop this past weekend with my husband to find a supportive, comfortable pair of boots.
I have a connective tissue disease, that causes some mobility issues, and weak and painful feet and ankles. Shoe shopping is not something I enjoy due to this. The owner Mariana was such a breath of fresh air!
Shopping at her boutique felt like shopping with a good girlfriend! She was SO welcoming, warm, and helpful. She was just lovely!

“Extremely Helpful.I had flew into Philly for a business meeting, but didn’t have anything to wear. So an hour before they closed I ran into Calvin Klein and started looking around.I myself have no fashion sense but I was tryna put some things together. That’s when Jamana came over and gave me some well needed advice. As a bonus she found everything I wanted quickly which still gave me some time to run and grab some shoes before the mall closed.Jamana was great and if I was you, I would go in and ask her for help directly.”
“Visited The Craft Boutique for the first time to take a floral design course. The Boutique is amazing! 2 floors of rooms spilling over with creative and unique gifts and decor for every season. The floral class provided by Bucks County Blooms was so much fun. We received plenty of flowers and greenery to make exceptional Easter themed centerpieces. Sheryl provided helpful flower information, centerpiece building techniques, and best floral practices. Her insights and encouragement helped each participant create beautiful arrangements to grace our Easter tables.”
“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! “We lost my mom and her wish for the funeral was for everyone to wear bright colors. Knowing I had nothing warm and brightly colored (it was in November and very cold), I dragged myself out to 25 South and the surrounding DW boutiques to try to find something that would fulfill her final wish despite being barely functioning. The kindness I was met with by Jamie that day is something I will never forget. He was understanding, helpful and gentle with my husband and I as we were still processing our grief. As someone who also works in sales, I can say from experience that his genuine kindness and warmth is something that you don’t find much these days. As a result, I will always have good things to say about the DW boutiques and particularly their employee Jamie. Go see him and he will take very good care of you-”

“Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”

This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors.
I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter.
After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right ?...he swore I had stolen some hats ?...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo ?
Just that one weirdo, never had an issue there, staff is great!”
“I really like Windsor for the most part. They have a decent selection to choose from. However, in my opinion, the store is way too small for the amount of people that are always in there, and they are SEVERELY understaffed. There are always lines at the dressing rooms, and I've only ever seen 1 or 2 employees working at one time. I've never had a bad experience with an employee, but I still think they need at least 3-4 people working.
I also didn't like this at all - My daughter chose the dress that she wanted, but we needed it in a smaller size. They said that they could order it and that if it didn't fit, we could return it. She kept looking and found another one that she liked more. When I went to purchase it, the employee told me that it was non-refundable. I don't think that's fair. Why is it acceptable to return something that I order online but not acceptable to return something that I bought in-store? If they could tell people why this is their policy, it would help a lot.
Overall, they have nice dresses for very reasonable prices. We do shop here almost exclusively for dresses, but the size of the store makes it uncomfortable to be in, and again, there are not enough employees to handle all of the customers. I'll be back, but I hope that some of these things change in the future.”
