I came to return some items that were purchased for me as gifts from another Norman's Hallmark location. Sales staff was very considerate and found all items except for one that could not be returned. I could live with that. I found some replacement items that I will enjoy. I left the store pleased.

Employees are friendly and always willing to answer your questions and ask if you need help. Store filled with much merchandise. I am Jewish and only wish that more holiday products of my faith are available.Manager said that they can only stock what is sent to them. There are other religions in this country, Hallmark!
