“I go out of my way to go to this store because of an employee, named Peter, (young, black hair - glasses) I don't know his last name, He is always very helpful, and he knows more about mixing paint than anyone there. I went in a few weeks ago with an interior custom-made shutter, that had been water damaged and asked if he could match the paint - he nailed it, right down to the correct sheen. If he isn't there when I go in, I come back when he is there. I pass other paint stores when I need paint but dealing with this type of person makes the trip well worth it.”

“Great staff, very helpful. The wallpaper selection is phenomenal and they even let you check out the wallpaper books to take home and see the samples in the room. They helped us pick out a wallpaper, helped us pick paint, and have some great tips. When we picked up the wallpaper initially we found it wasn't quite right and was missing some metallic ink (not the businesses fault) and they reached out to the supplier and got a reprint of the roll for us and kept us in the loop the whole time! Great prices too!”

I spoke to Asia at the Main office and she was very understanding and referred my complaint to the Philadelphia City District Manager Jeffery Kostusiak. “Gary is the best! I was stressing out because I forgot to stop in earlier in the day & it was the last day for their BOGO gallon paint promotion. I showed up 2 minutes before the store was set to close & Gary had my paint mixed up within minutes, packaged it up, AND walked it out to my truck for me. He wasn’t the least bit irritated I showed up at closing & I was extremely appreciative! Will continue to use this location after this experience ?”
