People don’t carry jumper cables anymore. I was in the Denny’s parking lot, I asked a man if he had cables he said no but NTB is right there they might help you. I said oh ok thanks. What luck. I walked up to an open bay. Explained my situation, no judging, no attitude, no sign of inconvenience. Just sure we’ll be over in a minute. I was so relieved. “I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”

“Staff was great, manager was great, service was great but let's talk about pricing. At my inspection I needed front wiper blades and a battery. Total cost was a couple dollars under $500 . The main cost was labor I was told . You had a 4 foot tall sign on your front window that said free battery installation on most vehicles. I understand that some batteries are in difficult places and take some labor but mine was right on top and only takes 5 minutes . So I left and went to Advance Auto. Wipers and battery installed in 10 minutes and cost out the door was $267 as compared to $490. I have been coming here for years but if this continues to be policy and pricing I will be looking elsewhere.”

“I take both my wife’s car and mine here for tires. Good warranty and aftercare when you buy tires here. They also do work on ATVs, motorcycles. Brian (the owner) is a great guy. Always takes care of me and has a great wealth of knowledge. In my experience, he and additional mechanics that work for him do a great job. I can’t recommend rotation station enough!”
