“The location and owner of the shop was the best thing. He was decent. But U-HAUL in general is waaaayyyy overpriced. U-Haul is double charging and false advertising. It's really NOT $19.95. It's 19.95 PLUS INSURANCE PLUS GAS PLUS MILEAGE. We had to put in gas, too, when we were already charged for mileage??? It should just be one or the other. Oh plus the insurance. We paid almost $60 for barely a couple hours use. VERY EXPENSIVE. But the owner of the shop is great, super nice. He's the saving grace.”

“I was in need of a small truck to move a few things. On the day I was to get the truck they didn’t have any so they gave me a full-size upgrade ? I was kinda bummed because I had to drive about 800 miles and gas cost would have been way too much? So Josh gave me a 1/2 tank of free gas. I was trying to do this in 24 hours but I was a bit late and he still only charged me for 24 hours? So I gotta say it was AWESOME CUSTOMER SUPPORT ??”

“All around excellent. U-Haul was in good shape, was in and out in 10 minutes? If that. It was my first time renting a U-haul and couldn't have been easier. And extra thanks for the pep talk when I was dropping off! I was pretty bummed walking in the door, but left in better spirits. Can't recommend a nicer guy to work with.”
