“The best experience I had during a frustrating time from the start of the process to the end. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant. I also love that they're connected with Enterprise (literally, same building) for convenient car renting while my car was in the shop. The estimated timeframe for repairs to be completed on my rear-ended vehicle was originally 10 days, and it was finished in 5 days. The car was washed; even my weather tech liners were cleaned! “Great shop! I bought a cheap secondary car off marketplace that needed inspection. I did some work on the car to address issues like brakes, tires, and EVAP check engine light code. Just needed to get the car inspected for stickers. So I called to make an appt and brought it in. They were able to get it done same day. I was also able to pay over the phone which I thought was awesome since I wasn't going to be able to make it back in before they closed. Definitely will be coming back.”
