“I cannot recommend PC Auto highly enough.
I had literally just moved to the area when my car's exhaust broke. I first took it to one of the large national service chains because it seemed like the quickest and easiest option. While they were able to get me in right away for an assessment, they quoted me more than $2,000 to get my car back on the road. When I asked whether the damaged portion of the exhaust could simply be repaired rather than completely replaced, I was told it wasn't possible.
Feeling overwhelmed and not really knowing anything about exhaust systems, I started calling local shops to see if anyone could help. Most referred me elsewhere, often to locations that were too far away for my car to safely make it, and wished me luck.
Then I called PC Auto.
Jose answered the phone and was incredibly kind right from the start. He listened patiently to my entire story and immediately reassured me that this was absolutely a repair their shop could handle. When I dropped off my car, I met Palmo, the owner. Despite my frazzled explanation and stack of paperwork, he was just as empathetic, professional, and reassuring.
Not long after, they called with an honest assessment of what was actually wrong and provided a repair estimate that was more than fair. By the end of the same day, my car was repaired and back on the road—and running like a dream.
If you're debating whether to take your vehicle to one of the big-name auto service chains out of convenience or habit, I would encourage you to think twice. My experience at PC Auto was every bit as convenient, but with far more personalized service, genuine honesty, and significantly fairer pricing. As someone who was new to the area and incredibly stressed about an unexpected repair, they turned what could have been a terrible experience into an excellent one.
They've earned a customer for life. I'll be bringing all of my future vehicle maintenance and repair needs to PC Auto.”

“I had to drop off my car for repairs, but because of my work schedule, I could not bring it in on the originally scheduled date. The team kindly adjusted the appointment to a date that was convenient for me.
Since I was away for work, my wife had to drive the car to the shop, and Fran was kind enough to give her a ride back home. The entire team was professional, helpful, and accommodating. They also did their best to get the car ready ahead of schedule.

“Typically, I do my own light maintenance (think oil changes, brakes etc). However, when I first met my wife, being from out of the area I needed a reliable place to take my vehicles to for the sort of things that were out of my scope (or could not find the time for). My wife and a majority of her family all frequented Laurel and I have been going there ever since.
And that was in 1998.
Aside from doing solid work with very personable staff, you just can't put a price on honesty when it comes to things like more expensive repairs that you may, or MAY NOT need.”

“I cannot recommend Tachoir enough! I chose them because they’re a local, certified Toyota repair shop, and I specifically wanted OEM parts for my RAV4. They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. “Edited after 7 years. These guys used to be reliable and honest shop but I think the age is getting to them. Now they're Dishonest and extremely Rude. No waiters for drop off service because you don't like to feel rushed? The only thing they're good at is alignments. Everything else go literally anywhere you'll have a better experience. I've had better experiences and prices at pep boys.”

“do you have an older car but don't want to start purchasing another one with payments especially with the price of vehicles today, I have a 2002 trailblazer and the frame rusted pretty bad, everyone told me to just junk the car and look for another used vehicle, everything else in the car is in excellent working condition and I didn't want to take that route so I heard about Rust and restoration, these guys aren't just good at what they do they are great, when I went to my garage they couldn't believe the expertise that was provided for my vehicle they even thought it was in better shape than when it came off the assembly line, excellent job and the price was fair, if anyone out there thinks there's no saving their vehicle because of a frame problem I totally implore you to go see these guys first and you'll be amazed at what they can do ...
