RXO Logistics provides last mile delivery for heavy goods. Reviews note the delivery crews are often described as awesome, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, great, and polite. Many customers report excellent communication, with stellar updates and schedule accommodations. Crews are frequently praised for careful handling, removing old items, placing items correctly, checking for damage, and cleaning up packaging. They are seen as going above and beyond. However, experiences with phone customer service are mixed. One reviewer found calling the main number a complete nightmare, reporting difficulty reaching anyone and no callbacks. While this was later resolved with swift action and better onshore service, the phone system remains a noted issue. The delivery teams themselves are consistently rated as top notch.
