“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made a warranty claim on a grey boat cover that had lost its waterproof abilities in the Florida sun. They didn't have any grey in stock and asked if they could send a blue one as a replacement, I said yes. It worked, but got the interior of the boat too hot. A few months later, I asked if the grey was back in stock and requested it to replace the blue one... they shipped it out the next day! They always respond to emails and are so accommodating! I am a lifetime customer now!”
