Claire is the best dog trainer! My dog snoopy had the best time learning new skills and interacting with other dogs. She gave the best experience and I’ll recommend everyone to take her class.

Great staff! If I can’t find something they take me there and if shelf is empty they’ll check status. Very clean and that’s a big plus. They have cats for adoption via Forgotten Cats. We adopted ours there. Cashiers are the best. Friendly and helpful. One man in particular is wonderful!!

I gave specific instructions on the look I wanted for my golden doodle and got the exact thing I did not want. She literally was just shaved down. No effort into the styling. I could’ve shaved her down myself. She is now 4 years old and never have I had a groomer cut her nails so short to the point it’s made her bleed. I was wondering what the red spots on my couch were and realized she was bleeding from her nail. I will now be cutting them myself. Lastly, I dropped my dog off at 1pm and at 5pm I had still not received a call that she was ready. I called the store and asked for a status and was told “oh yeah, she’s ready.” So was no one going to call me? I’m sure she was sitting in a cage super anxious. Will never be coming back here!

Miranda the groomer is very unprofessional. I scheduled my German Shepard mix to be groomed at 1pm and I got a call back an hour later from her saying she refuses to do a bigger dog for her last appointment of the day… Her attitude was very off putting and it seemed that she was upset with me for even booking an appointment. I didn’t know 1pm was a late appointment. After the way she spoke I’m not even comfortable coming back to have him touched by her at all. I’ve been to this location many times for puppy classes and just to get supplies and food before but I most certainly will not be ever getting him groomed here. Management seriously needs to have a talk with this lady. And I would warn pet parents to investigate before allowing your pet under someone else’s care because I’m glad Miranda called back because I would have let her take care of my poor pup and I’m happy that I didn’t.

I don't have a pet. But, with PetSmart. You will want to get one for yourself. They have everything petfriendly. Customer service is topnotch, and the quality of food and accessories is a great one, too. Visit PetSmart and get value for your money.

I booked an appointment on line and dropped off my dog for washing and grooming. I’ve been going there for several years and have never had a problem with their service but today they really disappointed me. They called me 3 hours later to let me know that groomer Jess could not simply pick my dog up coz he won’t let her. So the dog was returned to me untouched Yet I was told that Jess washed and brushed him already and that I will have to pay for that service. To my surprise the dog was as dirty as it was when I got it. No one even said a word to me , not even a sorry. It was complete silence.

Took my cat in for a wash brush and nail trim for her first time. She is 9 months and can get a little scared and Christian did amazing with her. Was very happy
