“Was with my fiancé when he was trying to make a transaction and some guy from the video game vault was being so rude to the staff because they wouldn’t give him $100 worth of one dollar bills. He was so mean to them. Didn’t even have an account there. Continued to interrupt other customers trying to make transactions. I would not have handled this with as much grace and professionalism as the women and gentleman at this bank! Best bank in town!”

“I have been banking with this branch and the one in Montdale for more than 25 years and they’ve always been very good but for the last week James (the manager at the FC branch) has bent over backwards for me and my mom. He’s done more for us than I would have imagined anyone would care to do. We are having difficulty getting a CD transferred from another local branch of FNB and James has really gone to bat for us. “I'm not quite sure of the name of the woman who helped my 16 year old daughter open her first checking account recently but she was so incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. She made sure she had everything set up before we left, including the app on her phone so she could check her bank account. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone. In fact I actually transferred my funds to this credit union recently after setting up her account so I could have an account with a local bank. Everyone at this location was friendly and attentive, but most importantly, I dealt with Carolyn Sabia who made the entire visit enjoyable and entertaining. While always professional throughout my transaction, she was also so personable and such a delight that I left feeling great about both a successful transaction and an enjoyable visit.
