“10/10 experience! Jim and Dillion helped me with my front breaks! I was in and out within no time. I was also able to update my information! They were both very knowledgeable, the environment was welcoming and yes I was greeted on my way in which you don’t get that in many places anymore. The customer service was a ten! Again, you don’t get that in many places any more. They even recommended things without trying to up-sale me ! They were patient with me as well, I was able to think about what I was buying rather than being forces to buy something because the associate knows best. Dillion even offered to take my breaks to the car! Really a great experience for someone who isnt informed about cars. This will be my go to Advance Auto in Johnstown! “Mike is probably the best mechanic around! Not only is he able to quickly pinpoint vehicle issues precisely but he is also one of the fastest mechanics I've ever had work done by! I have yet to find another mechanic that is even within price of Mike or the speed of his work! He has a great bunch of guys that work for him as well and none of them are ever out just to make a quick buck or rip anyone off. They all genuinely care about helping their customers in the fastest and most cost efficient way possible because they know this area isn't a high income household area. I would highly recommend giving Mike and his guys a chance at your business when you need any automotive repairs done. It could be anything from a simple oil change to a complete engine overhaul. If I could give more than 5 stars these guys would definitely deserve infinite!”
