Lots of regulars who I enjoy seeing and talking to. With being out of work multiple years and being nervous to return to the work field ? “It is thought to be if the racks of clothing out side the store are reduced in price. I found out when I checked out they were regular price. Don't they know those are to be of lower price, that's why they are there. Not happy.”

“I don't mind going here for quick in and out bits. However, the prices are actually more than local shops like Wal-Mart and there's always long lines and there can be an employee at the register doing whatever but won't even jump in to help. Gets a bit frustrating. Most of the employees are nice at least.”

“Very nice and personable cashiers. There are 3 of them ( night shift ) that I really enjoy seeing them when I go in. They always say hello, and never give me a hard time even though I do stop in maybe 1/2 before they close. I promise I'm a fast shopper...sorry. Anyway, besides the very nice workers, this store has everything from sheets to lamps to makeup and soap. They even have rugs and rolling clothing racks. If you need it, I'm sure they have it. I found everything I needed when I moved up here. I didn't have to drive all the way to lowes or Walmart which is like 1/2 hour away..”

“Absolute amazing experience! We came into Jim Thorpe on this lovely Saturday and headed up the Main Street. I was greeted as I walked in by two kind-hearted workers, who were extremely kind to myself as well as my wife during our time in the store. These two young men were great! Traversing through the store, I was taken down memory lane! Toys galore! Home items galore! I loved every second of it. Now, I am writing this review as I sit down and eat at the Marion Fire Company. To anyone coming into Jim Thorpe, this store is an essential. Thank you to the two kind young men and the trip down memory lane!”
