“Just want to say it was a fun and wonderful store. But the kindness of the owner in taking time to explain about Jim Thorpe was awesome. Great energy. And the store was awesome.”

“A cute little shop that has a range of different items marked as being from Ireland.

There is a charity section at the back of the shop that, if I remember correctly, benefits Animals!

The pleasant lady behind the counter was very sweet.”

“This shop has been a staple of jim thorp for many years. This is a hippie shop with many cool items and part of the heartbeat of jim thorpe that sets the tone for the whole town.”

“A warm and snuggly little nook of a store with plenty of trinkets and souvenirs of Jim Thorpe.
The lady in the shop is welcoming, helpful and even offered free candy to my kids!
We felt a lot of the knickknacks were very well priced and worth checking out.
The store is right across the road from the visitor center/train station and is easily accessible on foot along the downtown broadway after parking in the carbon county parking lot.”

“This is not a kid friendly shop. Lots of fragile and breakable items with narrow aisles. Not a good place to let your kids run amuck. The old lady that works there certainly has the gall to follow and watch my out of control kids as I shop. She is a real grouch for having to do my job. I don’t care if it’s posted at the door, ‘no baby carriages fri, sat and sun’, I’m coming in with it regardless, it’s my right as a customer and my kids, to do what I want in your store. If my kids break something it’s not their fault, it’s the stores fault for putting expensive items on glass shelves where kids want to play with them.
PS….if you are being watched and followed in this store it’s for a good reason. Be a RESPECTFUL shopper and respect the store and the merchandise on display. Keep your children close, hold their hand or pick them up. If that is too much parenting while in the store, then shop elsewhere.
Minors without an adult are not allowed in store.”
