But I called Eric 2 days after my crash and within days he had found us another one. And even nicer than the first. He also made sure I had another vehicle to use until ours got here seeing it was coming from Virginia. I'm very pleased with Eric and everyone else at windfall auto. “The mechanics at this shop are awesome. Haven’t really had much of an issue with them. However one thing I have been noticing this last year are the extreme price gouging that isn’t adding up. For example I took my car in about a month ago, my front break lines needed replaced. The parts online at the ONLY local part store were only marked at like $100, they charged me almost DOUBLE for those parts. That was NOT the first time they’ve done that. The worst part of this business tho is the front receptionist, she is extremely unpleasant. Anytime I’ve EVER taken my vehicle down there were always told “we’ll give you a call as soon as it’s done.” I have NEVER EVER received a phone call from that receptionist first, every single time my cars down there IM forced to have to call down before they close because my cars sat down there since 8am that morning. How difficult is it to make a 30 sec phone call? They are definitely lacking customer service.”
“Our family in St. Mary's has purchased every car and has had them serviced by Pistner's for going on 5 decades. Their service has been second to none. My grandfather bought every car he and my grandmother owned from them, when he passed my grandmother carried on. They serviced my grandmother's car and my mother's car by picking it up and bringing it back to them. I will continue this tradition. They are bar none...Superior and I thank them sincerely for taking care of two great ladies.”
