I brought 2 phones and depended on this man's honesty. The phones are not even worthy of a plan. I spent over $200 and the phones were worth less than $40. I wanted to return the one after I read about the phones I bought and was told no. They acted like they were giving me a deal and it wasn't. As a new customer I should have gotten better phones. I explained to the man what I needed to be able to do on the phones I needed to buy. Don't go to this store or they will rip you off. All I know is I have 2 phones that drop in everything I try to do. I really tried with these phones. Beware of this place.

I pass this little shop every day on my way to work. I stopped in to activate a new SIM card. The service was great. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and the employee was very engaging the entire time. I will definitely recommend.

Terrible my plan is messed up . didn't have merchandise advertised in stock. Cost me 40 extra dollars plus u turned a singlevfamily plan into 2 separate plans...wow don't know how you going to fix this situation. Thanks

Although I like boost I didn't like the sales associate at this one. She seemed like she just didn't care at all. She barley even talked to us and she explained nothing. I will not go to that boost store again.

The employees are rude. I called to see why I’m having so many issues with my service and I guess since “no one else in my area is having this problem”, they won’t help me? I also explained the issues that have been going on for a couple months now and his response was “why are you just now calling about something that’s been going on for a couple months” (does it matter? Maybe I’ve been busy and I’m calling today for your assistance, not your attitude). After that he just hung up, no goodbye or anything. Even an “I’m sorry I’m unable to help you with your issue” would have been better. Horrible customer service.

claims free stuff its not got a phone case for a woman im a man got a cord for an iphone got an android got $60 headphones he basically asked how much money we had and filled in the money gap with whatever he wanted to make sure we spent the full amount dont go here unless u want to be played the phone was free for new customers but he made it seem like we where paying for the phone and the rest was free so basically paid an extra 100 for useless charger useless phonecase and headphones i dont care for ima hook u up bro yeah go spread that lie somewhere else

I was in Johnstown for a job interview from out of town, and I had no reception due to my having a Verizon phone, but these 2 young men by the name of Ardie & Shavaun saved the day! I walked out w/ a new Motorola G7 ,a screen protector , a bluetoth speaker for my phone & they displayed Excellent Customer service! Thank You boostmobile!

Do not even think about going here if you live outside of johnstown or cambria county your service will not work and the employee will tell you it does! They lied to us and convinced us to switch from cricket saying we would have service come to find out we dont. So please heed my advice and stay with your current company.
