“I've rented from this facility several times and they've always been great. This time, I had a reservation with Enterprise (my company has a rate with Enterprise) that was cancelled by them an hour before I was supposed to pick it up. I was in a panic as I had to drive to catch a flight at lunch time. I stopped in to Payless and Mark (I believe) was getting cars ready for the morning. It was 15 minutes before they opened but he was still willing to help. He said he didn't have any vehicles available but I explained the situation and he said he might be able to help. He personally went out and pulled a few items of trash out of the vehicle that a previous customer left and said I could take that one if I didn't mind it not being vacuumed out. I said I couldn't care less! Mark went out of his way to help me in a tough situation, good luck finding that type of customer service at the bigger rental car facilities!”
“Hertz at Johnstown Airport provided great service for my customer. All rental agencies were out of cars. Hertz had one car and the manager went out and cleaned it herself to accommodate our customer! Excellent Service! - Your local State Farm agent”
