“Damian greeted us at the door and asked what he could help us with and we said we were there for a new mattress. He took us directly to the mattress area and asked my wife and I some questions to get an idea of what kind of sleepers we were. From there he showed us several mattresses which we tried to see how they felt and after going through these he showed us how the hybrid was constructed. He had a great deal of knowledge about all the products and never pushed us for a sell. We then got to the price and we were a little shocked so we decided to look at some newer brand of mattresses they had just gotten in a few days earlier. After trying these we felt they were very similar to what we had just tried but considerable cheaper. We made the decision to buy this brand and also bought 2 pillows and a mattress protector. All in all this was a very good experience.”

“Chuck was a fantastic salesman, he walked us through the entire process of the bed test and how a bed should feel. Het let us try multiple mattresses and answered all of our questions. After 2 hours, We eventually narrowed it down to the Kingdown plush top king and chuck didnt get impatient with us for a single minute. He gave us an incredible deal and even talked us into some fancy pillows ? beyond satisfied with our visit and looking forward to restful nights ahead. Thank you chuck ?”

“Went mattress shopping on Black Friday to many businesses. Mattress firm In Johnstown was our last stop and after talking to Ashley we decided we didn’t have to go back to any other mattress stores. She was an A+ very knowledgeable didn’t push us into any sales and made our family feel like we have known her for years!!! Would def recommend if you are looking for a mattress to stop here first and don’t waste your time at any other stores! Thank you Ashley and we can’t wait to try out our new mattress!!”

“I highly recommend American Freight Furniture. My fiancé and I had purchased furniture from them in 2022 and we had gotten the protection plan. This year in October part of our furniture was broken and we had called up and they took care of the issue within days. I dealt with Jim and Herman and these guys were awesome!! Also thanks to Mark the district manager for the help as well! At first the warranty company was giving us an issue (of course) but from the day I bought my furniture, American freight told me they would back us even if the warranty company gave us an issue. So if you buy anything from here, which you should, I highly recommend to purchase the protection plan!! We received a full refund of $2,800 and we were able to buy a new couch and also a new mattress because we had to use the full amount of $2,800. From here on out ai will definitely be buying my furniture from here.”

“I shopped around for several weeks before stopping into Young American Furniture. I was patient on account of remodeling my new home and I didn't want to throw any old recliner in my living room, because buying a cheap recliner will make me pay for it later in lower back issues that I really didn't want. I visited Young American Furniture and sat down on every chair to get a good feel but felt nothing. I tried an different style and to my surprise the chair felt like I just fell into cloud 9 and I was stuck momentarily not wanting to get up, at that point I knew I wasn't leaving this store without my recliner. Well, it wasn't my recliner officially, but I knew I wasn't leaving here without this chair. It fitted my body like a soft glove that just wanted to love ❤️ me. Three months later it took me to write this review, I took way too long because I never saw the store online because I live only a mile away and I drove past that store many times, but this time I'm forever grateful for the chair and my decision to drop into Youngs American Furniture to see what recliners they had on the floor. “My first visit to this business. There is so much to look at and it's actually bigger than I had anticipated. I'd say if you're looking for a unique gift for someone this would be a place to check out, or if you're just looking for something to add a personal touch to your home decor again check it out. Be prepared to do steps though because there's several levels. The woman working there at the time of my visit was very friendly and ready to help and answer questions.”

“They made aquiring what was needed for my house very easy and helped answer all questions with a great response. I wasn't told I don't know anything about it like you are at rent a center. They even helped out more than needed by allowing me to add a tv which would have put me over my limit. The manager is very nice and so are their employees. Haven't gotten my furniture delivered just yet but will post a review about it tomorrow. These guys really came in clutch and helped me out in a time of need cudos!”
