“My groomer was Alyssa. She did a wonderful job grooming my chihuahua. She had great customer service. My husband and I were a little upset we were going to have to wait 45 min after she was done to pick her up (store opens at 10, she was done at 9:15) but Alyssa was amazing and was able to have someone in the store check us out. Highly recommend.”
“Employees was pleasant. The fish aquariums on the other hand was very nasty. Wanted to get some fish but after seeing how bad the aquariums were, I pasted. I'm sorry but there is no reason they should get like that. Total neglect. If fish are neglected like that I hate to know how the other animals in the store are cared for.”

“I'm glad they are still in business! I wish I didn't move so far away from the area! After years of previous business with them I only had one issue when I sold them a African Grey Parrot because I couldn't take him with me the woman cut my throat about the price she insisted he was very old over 15 he was only 3 and banded when I found the paperwork showing his real age she wouldn't pay me what would be fair! I got just under $200.00 for a $3000.00 bird they probably sold for over $2000.00 this was almost 10 years ago when the economy wasn't so messed up! Again it was a great place I purchased from for almost 15 years. I don't know if the same people are running it today or the woman that burned me still works here? If I wasn't in a time crunch after selling my house I would have found a different buyer.”
