“Thank you to the wonderful ladies in the pharmacy? I had been to five other pharmacies looking to get my prescription filled and no one had it in stock, and I was informed it couldn't be ordered. These ladies not only got my medicine for me which I needed for my surgery, but they were kind, friendly and had an excellent understanding of customer service. Kudos ladies, you were amazing! “My scripts at Rite Aid were sent to Giant Eagle, however I like the convenience of a drive through window so that on days my chronic pain is flaring up I don't have to get out of the car. I called CVS and the wonderful woman I spoke to told me not to worry, she'd call Giant Eagle and take care of everything and when I need any new scripts to just bring them in or have my doctor's office send them in. Thank you for the good customer service.”

“Asked about leaving troubled Rite Aid and having marcellos take over my prescriptions. They said it would be an easy transition and just to have the doctor escript the scripts to them and they will handle it they also offer that many pack system where the individually wraps your dose for the morning afternoon or night in a row on a wheel that you peel off one at a time and no additional charge”
