They said it would be an easy transition and just to have the doctor escript the scripts to them and they will handle it they also offer that many pack system where the individually wraps your dose for the morning afternoon or night in a row on a wheel that you peel off one at a time and no additional charge”

“Thank you to the wonderful ladies in the pharmacy? I had been to five other pharmacies looking to get my prescription filled and no one had it in stock, and I was informed it couldn't be ordered. These ladies not only got my medicine for me which I needed for my surgery, but they were kind, friendly and had an excellent understanding of customer service. Kudos ladies, you were amazing! “I have dealt with this location twice since my initial check in. On both occasions I have great service. Recently I had fallen ill and visited a nearby clinic. This location is literally a stone's throw away and a preferred pharmacy for me. After leaving the clinic I made my way over here to have my prescriptions filled. Both times I was given an estimated amount of time that it would take to fill the prescriptions. Enough time to putz around in the store or sit and wait in the small waiting area. That's the thing about filling a prescription, either you have time to do something or you don't. I get bored quickly if I have to wait, so I end up browsing through the store. I almost always end up finding something that I needed and that item being on sale. So that is a good way to kill time for me. Browse, purchase, take out to my car, come back in and by that time my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. Each time when I pick up the prescriptions I am asked if I have any questions about the medication and they make sure I know what I am getting. I just wish that they would keep my information up to date and I don't have to update it every single time I come to one of their pharmacies.”

“My scripts at Rite Aid were sent to Giant Eagle, however I like the convenience of a drive through window so that on days my chronic pain is flaring up I don't have to get out of the car. I called CVS and the wonderful woman I spoke to told me not to worry, she'd call Giant Eagle and take care of everything and when I need any new scripts to just bring them in or have my doctor's office send them in. Thank you for the good customer service.”
