“The UPS facility on Donald Lane has courteous, helpful employees. The UPS delivery people in my current zip code of 15905 always deliver my packages with care and to the correct address. When I lived in zip code 27948 there was one UPS driver who delivered my packages to the wrong address three times. I had to get refunds for those items. Finally I talked to him one day and he slapped himself in the head and said "I know where I've been taking them!"”
