Nathan was so helpful in setting up my new phone and retrieving data contacts, pictures, etc. after someone stole my old phone. many thank yous to Nathan, A.J., and the rest if the Verizon crew that helped us recover from the theft.

i went up to the scalp ave johnstown location to start a business line that the application would not go through online the store i spent all day at on day one of this nightmare was there half hour before they opened and was there literally until they closed with no luck no new phones no watch nothing empty handed and to boot the district manager was in store to help figure out what was not going as smoothly as described on the phone . so i left after being told online my limit was 4 grand get to the store they said 750. try again for a new online order the online rep told me my limit just as my business name was 3 grand but device limit was 1500 so i said ill just get the watch message the sales rep who had helped me previously and the next day to come back and figure out this nightmare they got my business issue fixed and a potential solution to get what we asked for i decided to just upgrade my current watch with the limit they claim. get to the store after working a 12 hour shift the night before told it was a easy finish to fix my watch . was bringing my current phone to the contract and just adding the watch and sharing the number . so i get there they start the process to bring me over from prepaid to contract get my new contract going after fighting on the phone to prove i owned my business , then go to add the watch and they tell me my limit is 0 , now im wondering how they hell it is constantly changing when they attempt anything with my account . after being on the phone and at the store at this point for 3 hours they claim that they have to send a email to a teer 3 person to ask to pull my limit they see online but not on the current app to one thing . but it could take up to 24 -48 hours to do so but it does not guarantee that ill have my watch . so im pissed stuck now in a contract that i have no idea what my bill a month will be or when it may be due .and to make this nightmare even better im locked out of my verizon app to check my account . i leave this location telling the sales rep ill be canceling my line and all ties to them on Thursday. worst time iv'e ever had with a phone company let alone this business . do not i suggest go and do any phone changes with this company save yourself the time and stay or go prepaid. 0/10 recommend on this place !!!!!!!!!!

Attempted to get a new phone plan based upon the advertising for $25 a line as shown on TV. The representative was helpful and pleasant to deal with but couldn't get us that price.Exploring other options.

Do not recommend.. I went here to upgrade first they didn’t transfer any of my information I did it yet they charged me a in store fee? They also added things onto my bill I never asked for ! Beware of this corporate store all they care about is money… the other Verizon is locally owned and they fixed corporates mistake…I can’t imagine how many people upgraded through Black Friday and are gonna see $400 plus bills…

Been a repeat customer with Verizon over the past few years and every time I’ve gone back I’ve been very happy with the amount of customer service they provide. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.

The Customer Service at this store is horrible. I went in for a USB cord back in February and they "sold" me on the "Free Watch and Free Tablet" since I had just purchased a Samsung 23 Ultra. My bill went from $119 to $288 dollars because they failed to enter the correct phone in my account for the promotion. For 3 months, I went back continuously to ask for help correcting my bill and they continuously told me to "wait another month and the fees will correct themselves." They NEVER helped me, what they ended up doing is blaming Samsung for their mistake. Imagine, blaming Samsung for a mistake on your Verizon bill. They are an inept group that will pass the buck rather than care for their customers. Horrible, horrible experience.

Very very unhappy with this place.. took my brand new phone to get looked at because it had an invalid SIM card and would not allow me to make phone calls, send texts, receive anything, the employee looked at my phone said I needed a new SIM, but then told me that she wasn’t able to replace it unless my husband or other family members were there with his ID (he has nothing to do with my account, he has a different cellphone plan) and has never been on my plan, so unsure how his name was even on there to begin with. I asked if I could get someone on the phone to give “permission” even though I am the sole owner of this phone, the employee blew me off, put the SIM card away, and told me to go try another Verizon store, to which I drove to and it was closed. I then had to drive back to this store with my husband to which they replaced it but were very rude still.. I just want a phone that makes calls and sends texts, didn’t realize that was a lot to ask for. Very very unprofessional and poor service, verizon. Looking into other cellphone options. Train your employees to go the extra mile for customers.. yours are poorly trained.
