“Nice place and more convenient for students. However, My fiancé and I live on campus but I am not a student. I ordered something and it was supposed to be delivered today. Since it is spring break, they won’t deliver my package until Monday. I even tried to go to the regular post office to see if I can get the package early. It wouldn’t be a big deal except that I’m leaving tomorrow for a business trip for three weeks. I won’t get my package until almost a month after it should have been delivered. I’m not upset at the post office per say (hence the 4 stars) but I’m frustrated that they couldn’t have come up with a better system for those who stay on campus during spring break.”

“The staff at this post office do the best they can do with what they are given. The staff are all helpful and friendly and provide the range of services one can get at larger post offices. Often have older forever stamp designs that are hard to find in larger post offices.Of note is that it has the main Pine Grove Mills community bulletin board in the entrance way”

“yes, it's the post office. yes, that sometimes means you have to wait in line, because there is usually only one employee working. but, those employees are friendly and will answer all your questions patiently. I'm so glad to have this post office near my home so I don't have to go downtown!”

“Needed to complete a passport application with photo. Called the PO and they said they weren't busy so no need to schedule an appointment, just come on in. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, did everything needed to successfully get my passport within 12 weeks.”

“Always very helpful, friendly and courteous. There is rarely a line and when there is, they work as quickly as possible to move it along. They are well trained and very knowledgeable regarding their services. I’ve never had an unhappy experience in the 7 years I’ve been going there.”
“I think it's important to support the USPS, and I actually go out of my way to do business with the Lemont Post Office. The staff are friendly and helpful and I'm always greeted with a smile. They now actually know my name and what services I need. During the pandemic they have been very careful (as opposed to my local post office). Even at the busiest, the wait-time has been minimal.
