“When I went in to pick up my large printing order, I asked Anni if she could help me apply my rewards points. Not only did she do that, she went above and beyond to enable me to apply a coupon I didn't even know existed to my order, saving me more than $100 total. She didn't have to do that, but she did - and when she was having difficulty applying the coupon, she called over a manager to help with the transaction. I couldn't be happier about her proactive actions, which, again, saved me not only the $9 in rewards points, but also the $100 from that coupon. She and the manager both were awesome!”

“Front desk person was helpful and understanding of my package issue. Although the person did send my inquiry to the downtown USPS location. Turns out the downtown office is the main building that does all of the package issues. So this place is purely to ship out mail.”
“I'm not sure about any of the other services, but we have a shipping account with Fed Ex and the employees at this location always do an amazing job! I have visited so many times and never thought to leave a review - but my visit this week as especially great. Bridget and Jessica were behind the counter and they had just handled a deluge of students shipping things home after finals. I had a fragile gift for them to box and ship to New York, and they listened and commiserated with me about the frustrating day I'd had while packing it super safely with bubble wrap, paper and an extra big box. They even gave me a giant marker to draw some fun designs on it for my friend as they rang me up! They work really well as a team when it's busy and they keep a great attitude. I am never stressed when I have to go to Fed Ex on N. Atherton - I know they'll do a good job!”
