“I've used this farm nearly a dozen times now, I've had fantastic experiences every single time. We have quite a few critters with varying needs and I was tired of getting dead bugs from pretty much every other place we've tried. I have never had an issue here. With that said, I've seen a few complaints here: be aware, they only ship during certain weather thresholds; if it's too hot or too cold they can and will hold the order, (check your weather and theirs, and anywhere in between to be safe; be sure to add the heat pack during winter!) These are things that are plainly listed on their website, and if weather is expected to be outside of those bounds they post it at the top of their website. If you're local - or close enough to drive - they do pickup at their farm, however currently they aren't open on the weekends. Make sure you select the correct shipping method as well. Yeah, overnight is expensive AF, but will you get your bugs alive within 24 hours of shipping? Absolutely.”
