“Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was so friendly and explained the process of how things were to happen with insurance and getting it completed. I appreciated the text updates throughout that kept me on track with timing of repairs. They finished my car much faster than I expected, and the repair looks absolutely perfect. You can’t even tell there was an accident! I really appreciate the great communication and quality work. Highly recommend!”

“Everyone I interacted with was informative, polite, and took the time to make sure I understood the process. Had to reschedule my appointment due to an error on the insurance side. They understood completely and I was not penalized for a short notice.
For the repairs themselves I was really impressed. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a kind of unique, red/wine color that Caliber Collision was able to match seamlessly. I was told it would be ready in about a week and a half, and my keys were in my hand in a little under that time.
Also appreciate the periodic updates through actual phone calls. I believe his name was Simon? Sorry if I forgot, but he had called me a couple of times to let me know how it was going.
Appreciate the whole crew. Thank you guys for making an accident feel like something that isn't too difficult to deal with”
“Fair price. Quality parts and work. Anthony and his team were efficient and on-time. I was in and out as promised and was able to work comfortably in his beautiful and clean waiting room. Would recommend.”
“We all know this is a local family business owned and operated by the owners. I would never go anywhere and never have. You guys are the best 🙏🏻God bless.”
“The guys did a beautiful job inside and out. I didn't recognize the inside it was so clean and it didn't have that horrible Armour All smell. Highly recommended.”
“The technician was punctual & professional. He completed the windshield replacement in the time he said he would. The windshield has worked well in that there are no drafts & leakage. When I first considered using Safelite, I was skeptical. My auto mechanic put my fears to rest by assuring me that Safelite would do a great job & they did. Thanks.”
“The guy was very nice. The windshield cracked at the very end of install but he reported it and followed up. It will be replaced free of charge. Very reliable company.”
