Positives from my perspective: reasonably priced, kept me informed throughout the process, pleasant, and very responsive. As with most mechanics, they recommended some services which I didn't feel I needed particularly since my car has low mileage but they don't pressure you to get them. I will definitely be back.”
“I am new to the Delaware, and after my Fiat Spider’s wrench light came on, the search was in for a trustworthy, certified mechanic. I took my car to KS Automotive and spoke to, I think Jimmy. He looked at my previous service paperwork from CA and went into the service panel through the dashboard screen. He saw the connection to the warning light being a 10,000 mile reminder, reset the warning system to 6000 miles, and sent me on my way!
The honesty of this technician, plus the welcoming and friendly conversation, showed me I found a great auto service shop! No charge, no BS in effort to find a way to charge me for nothing!

“Can’t say enough good things about Blittersdorf’s automotive. They have provided great service on my ‘12 Tacoma (CV Axle replacement) and more importantly my ‘06 Colorado. Other shops did not want to attempt and fix my 4x4 or AC system becuase of electrical problems but Bryan, Norm and everyone tackled the problem, gave me updates, accurate quotes and great service. They truly are a COMPLETE auto service shop.”
