“We spent one night here and everything was perfect. Our room was absolutely sparkling clean, and they were lovely little details left by housekeeping, such as a note welcoming us with a lovely drawing of a butterfly. Also see the lovely flower that our housekeeper made with the toilet paper. So sweet.”

“We needed a place to stay overnight locally due to a power outage and this Hilton location was perfect. We were able to make a last minute booking with no problem. The location is also near a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. The Hilton staff were kind enough to set up a pack and pay for our 3.5 month old to use and we had a very spacious room.
Check in with Kameron was a breeze and he provided us with great customer service as the gentleman who did our booking but I can’t remember his name!
The room and hotel was very clean. The bed and towels were really comfortable and the shower amenities they provided were good quality and smelled great! Overall we were so happy with our stay!”

“It’s a wonderful place. We’ve stayed here at least 15 times over the years and will be back. However, they have renovated their rooms recently, and as we are now older, there are a few things that should have received attention.

There are no grab bars in the bathrooms (we stayed in two of the rooms). Toilets are standard, not comfort height. There are no USB ports in the rooms, and only a few electrical outlets. The walk from the outer buildings to the main house is up a gravel path with stepping stones, without handrails or handholds.

That said, it’s otherwise a lovely place with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good but the same menu every day, at least during the three days we were there. Orange juice is the only juice offered. My husband has kidney disease and can’t eat citrus fruit, so he had water.

The location is wonderful, with many outstanding sites to explore.”

“We loved our stay here and the front desk staff was great, specifically Cory!! The breakfast was AMAZING and the beds were cozy and soft. My only suggestion is to please put an ATM on site. We spent all our cash at the airport and Cory deserved so much more than just compliments all weekend. He was so attentive and kind and made our stay very special.”

“I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Chadds Ford, PA while traveling for work. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and in a great location. As a female solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the complimentary breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a two day stay for a weekend visiting Longwood Gardens. The hotel sends you your room number and entrance code so you can go right to your room. But that doesn't mean there isn't someone at the front desk. The three employees I met were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is remarkably quiet given our room was near the front desk area and we slept well each night.
The location was perfect. Longwood was 10 minutes away straight down route 1. Chadds Ford and Brandywine museums were also close as well as the Brandywine Battlefield. There are at least two restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel is family I owned, has a spotless room for (free, continental) breakfast and a small fitness center. Every room includes a refrigerator. In the lobby and outside the entrance are little gathering spots. The lobby also has a computer you can use.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and recommend it if you want a cozy and quiet stay that's close to the best attractions in the area.”

“Great hotel thar offers packages. The restaurant has a great selection and wonderful service with reasonable prices. Quiet stay in beautiful rooms. Close to Longwood gardens and Brandywine museum and even close enough to go to the city.”

“Stayed here on Valentine's Day. My boyfriend thought he had booked a room earlier in the week through Booking.com and it didn't go through. I happened to be mentioning our plans at Applebee's and the owner, Brian, was there and overheard. He had originally offered to comp us a few drinks but upon finding out we didn't have a reservation, he gave us a room. It was super nice and I wanted to give him a shout out and thank him again for saving our Valentine's Day. We owe him big time. It was a lovely stay (we are local). Thank you for everything, we will be back.”

“First, this is a 2 star hotel and for the price and a free breakfast, it's not bad. I've paid a lot more in 4 star hotels that look worse. The employees are friendly and do try to ensure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast is good and free. It is a good stay for the price.”
