“Lots of selection. Owner is a character, and knows his stuff. Great for reptile and aquatic supplies. I stop by monthly for my snakes' preferred food and have had great success with the fish I've bought here.”
“The staff are always helpful and kind. The first time I took my puppy, he threw up his entire breakfast. The staff calmly got me what I needed to clean it up and helped me. Mickey is 5 months now and no longer doing that! He enjoys perusing the aisles, smelling bags, picking out a toy, and admiring the hamsters, ferrets, and cats. Great adventure on a hot or rainy day.”
“Easy parking, dog friendly, good selection and the groomers are great.
Penny was groomed yesterday and it went great. She was happy to the groomers and they did a great job. She was so relaxed when I picked her up. Also picked up some food her, good selection.”
“They have 2 store cats that Wonder around named Lovey and Dillon. most of the time they also have kittens for adoption that also wonder around.They are also dog friendly, so you can bring your dog inside.They also donate to animal charity's.Last December they held a photo opertnedy where you could take a picture with your dog and the grinch.”

“Cori and Becky have made my 10 week old pup SO happy and comfortable to point where she fell asleep in the shop! We stumbled in on their six year anniversary promotion and received this adorable, clean ingredient biscuit for Sage (she loved it)! Not to mention their brilliant selection of clean ingredient grooming products and treats! They also have a rewards program that encourages customer retention and loyalty where accumulating points leads to discounts!”
“This location is such a nice place to shop at. First of all, the people who work here are FRIENDLY and they smile. They help you if you need it but are not overly pushy. Second, they are well stocked in the things my family has personally looked for (which is random- everything from rubber floor matting to dog food to deer food to garden plants)The store is also always clean .They seamlessly offer curbside pick up as needed or on site pick up. Communication is clear and consistent with orders or order status. You may be looking for garden soil or chicken wire here, but you are also guaranteed to find customer service. P.S: the chicks are adorable + 1 star extra for them, They always look well cared for, watered and fed.”
“Always loved this place. Lived on Harrow. Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”
“Took our dog(Bell) here for two nights to stay while we went away and the staff there is awesome. They are the nicest people and they take such good care of your animal. Will definitely be back again if we decide to go away again in the future.”
