“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karen at the Dyson Service Center. Her customer service was truly exceptional, and she was the only person at Dyson who actually made me feel heard and cared about. About two months ago, my Dyson Airwrap completely stopped working after only 8 months of use. I spent hours on the phone with Dyson Customer Service, only to be told they could do nothing because I no longer had the serial number, even though I had my receipt and proof of purchase!!! For such an expensive product, the serial number should be permanently engraved on the machine, not placed on disposable stickers or paperwork that can easily be lost. I came into the service center feeling completely defeated, and Karen turned the entire experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. After getting nowhere with customer service, she was the first person who actually took the time to help me. Karen is amazing and deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Dyson is incredibly lucky to have an employee like her.”

“I had some kitchen hardware that I needed ASAP for a kitchen remodel (I waited until the last minute). Taylor at Ferguson was extremely helpful in pointing me to exactly what I needed in the showroom so I could confirm colors matched and place the order to have everything delivered in 1-2 business days. Thanks Taylor!!”

“Had to drop off some supplies, they were so friendly and hospitable offering fresh coffee or bottled water and a restroom if needed I can't imagine what they would be if I was a customer.”

“Dwayne is absolutely AMAZING! The manufacturer drops the ball and pretty much didn’t want to do anything. I bought the equipment back to Home Depot. Instead of sending me back to dealing with the manufacture. Dwayne listened to me patiently, and helped me solve my problems. He is such an amazing human being and AWESOME customer service representative. Dwayne for employee of the year !!!”

“Tomás at the King of Prussia Home Depot tool rental department was extremely helpful and made sure I rented a truck that I was comfortable driving. Great service, I'll be back for any other tool or vehicle rental needs.”
