“I came in to replace all 4 tires on my Lexus and had a great experience. The service was very good, the staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and worked very professionally. Their prices are unbeatable.
They also did a free alignment check after the installation. After driving about 20–30 miles, my TPMS light came on. I called them, explained the issue, and the shop replaced the broken TPMS sensor for free — no hassle at all.

“From my first phone call looking for a tire I spoke to Eric it was very quick and helpful making suggestions looking for the right size tire with the best value, once I got in there they were quick making my tire change happen offering other services looking at the other tires suggesting I could save some money if I opted to open up a Tires Plus charge card, they found available coupons for me to help with the finances I will definitely be going back at some point for additional tires”
“My car suffered a minor side swipe but unfortunately it hit three different panels and was deep enough that I worried about rusting. I went through the other driver's insurance who recommended Norcini as an approved repair shop in my area. I dropped the car off and was told it could take a couple of weeks but less than a week later, I got a call that it was ready to go. The repairs aren't noticeable (so job seems to have been done well) and I was pleasantly surprised that they had washed and vacuumed my car! I can't speak to prices since it went through the other guy's insurance but I had a good experience with Norcini.”

“I owe this team an apology! I had my rear brakes redone here during my annual inspection. I had thought my rear brakes had been redone before but was told I was probably thinking of my front brakes given the condition of the rear brakes. Looking back into my records, I found that my rear brakes had indeed been redone in 2024 at a different AAA location - but somehow twelve months (and only 3000 miles) later the pads were down to 2mm. I thought this location was being pushy about brakes, but it seems like the first replacement was never done! They were also kind enough to refund what I paid for the second replacement as the brakes were technically still under warranty.”
