“I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AMAZING SERVICE!
I called Mr Nick a few days before Christmas to get an enhanced inspection. Not really understanding what I was getting myself into. A lot of times people will fast talk you to get you off the phone. Mr Nick took his time. Asked me some questions. He fitted me into the schedule on Friday (day after Christmas first thing) many other places were telling me I had to wait until the new year and were not even guaranteeing a particular date.
When I got to the shop. I tried to tip Mr Nick and he calmly said “no,” and gave me my change back which said something to me about the type of business they run. ??
They want above and beyond their duties to help me be in a good space with my car to pass the enhanced inspection. Giving everyone that came in to their shop the same great and quality customer service they gave me.
Amazing shop! Amazing family! Great people! I pray they get all the business they can handle and more in 2026. They’re the 00001% of auto repair shops that are customer centric not currency centric!

“I recommend 100%. Most shops take advantage when you’re a woman, I’ve gotten work done twice from here, both times they found the issue quick and fixed it within a reasonable time. No over charging, no scams, they make you feel trust with the company. I just had an issue with my car stalling almost as soon as its turned on, they did the diagnostic but didn’t just stop there, they did different tests to figure out the main and real cause before I got my car back. It’s running amazing!

“My local mechanic sent me to these guys after another transmission shop botched a 700R4 rebuild on my 1987 C10. Unfortunately, the previous shop did a poor job on rebuilding the transmission, resulting in failure in only 2,000 miles. Being a car guy myself, I know that you never give a mechanic another mechanic's shoddy work. However, after calling Anthony, he told me to get the truck to his shop right away. As they dug into it, they had informed me of all the issues that were created from the previous shop. Within a week's time, the truck was repaired (while the other shop took over a month at double the cost). I couldn't believe the results! The truck shifts and drives like brand new. No leaks, no slipping, no overheating. Anthony and his dad did a great job! AND, they provided a good warranty and asked that I bring the truck back a few weeks later just to double check the fluid. What service! I will absolutely be recommending these folks to my friends and family. Thank you SO MUCH for your hard work and quick turn around time! I greatly appreciate it!”

“I am truly so glad I found J Terri & Sons! My 2011 Subaru Outback had a blown brake line, and a major chain store down the road quoted me an absurd 9 hours of labor just to drop the subframe and install rigid factory lines. I towed the car to Dan, and he took a completely different approach. Instead of tearing the car apart, he fabricated and routed custom flexible NiCopp brake lines, bypassing the subframe entirely and saving me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary labor. Dan was honest, kept me updated, and delivered a quality fix for a great price. He’s a true problem-solver, not just a parts replacer. My son is thrilled to finally have the Outback back on the road, and he says the brakes feel better than before! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!
