“I initially came here for brake service and had my rear calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced. Everything was going well for about a month and a half and then heard the same squeaking sound that initially brought me on. They took a look at it and it turned out to be equipment failure. They were able to fit me in and perform the service (replacement of both rear brake pads) free of charge. Very thankful for the effieciency and the work done on my car as it was a source of stress that was dealt with professionally! Mo is excellent at what he does; very straight forward, and always provides you with a very comprehensive diagnosis. Whether in person or over-the-phone, I'm always well informed about every possible scenario concerning my situation and vehicle.I think this is very important to note; because many "Professional" shops, dealerships, etc., just hand you a paper similar to hospital bill(i.e. you can barely read most of what's on it, let alone understand what's being done, or why; often containing random upcharges for things you don't need). “This team came up big for me! My vehicle broke down an hour plus from home and had it towed to a local shop. They ended up wanting to charge me an outrageous amount. I called up Vega and they quoted me half the price before I mentioned anything about the car being at another shop. I had it towed over their the next day and had do the job. Jennifer was awesome to work with. There was a little issue that occurred but Andy and Jennifer took care of everything! If they lived closer, they would be my new mechanic! Thanks for everything!”
