“My car suffered a minor side swipe but unfortunately it hit three different panels and was deep enough that I worried about rusting. I went through the other driver's insurance who recommended Norcini as an approved repair shop in my area. I dropped the car off and was told it could take a couple of weeks but less than a week later, I got a call that it was ready to go. The repairs aren't noticeable (so job seems to have been done well) and I was pleasantly surprised that they had washed and vacuumed my car! I can't speak to prices since it went through the other guy's insurance but I had a good experience with Norcini.”

“Me and my husband we're getting an oil change today and while we were there we witness them being honest and forthcoming to a client that thought that he needed a certain work done on their car. It turns out they do not need that work and instead they advised him to get new tires prior to getting an alignment. They could have just given them an alignment and not cared about his tires. I think every other car place would do in a second and just take advantage of that guy they did not. These guys are honest and thorough. His price is very competitive and he’s very honest about what your car needs and doesn’t need. He won’t do unnecessary things simply because they can. For example, I told him that I may need an oil change—he checked and told me that I could drive another 2,000 miles. I highly recommend Aras.Since Jeff is the only guy working, your call may not be answered immediately, but don’t let this deter you :)”

“I’ve never written a review before but I have to for this amazing garage. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I had issues with my transmission in my 2001 Isuzu rodeo. I bought a horrible transmission from an online shop and C7 was very kind towards me and my family as we dealt with having to find another transmission. C7 was very patient with me and my family as my car was there for over a month due to having troubles finding a good transmission. They worked very fast and had everything done within a day, two days max. The best place to go to and if I’m having any car troubles at all then I will absolutely bring my car here.Service: Transmission”

Great customer service from all 3 service people. And icing on the cake was that their charge was much less expensive from a quote I received from another repair service.
