“Had an old battery that needed replacement. There was an issue getting the terminal off of the battery because over its 6 years of use, it had leaked more than a few times and so corroded that it was stuck to the battery posts. The staff there went out of their way to remove the stuck terminal and were very friendly the whole time and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Great service. 5 stars.”
“My car suffered a minor side swipe but unfortunately it hit three different panels and was deep enough that I worried about rusting. I went through the other driver's insurance who recommended Norcini as an approved repair shop in my area. I dropped the car off and was told it could take a couple of weeks but less than a week later, I got a call that it was ready to go. The repairs aren't noticeable (so job seems to have been done well) and I was pleasantly surprised that they had washed and vacuumed my car! I can't speak to prices since it went through the other guy's insurance but I had a good experience with Norcini.”

“I am from out of town, 7 hours from home, and had an urgent request before heading home. My front flash guard was dragging on the ground. I called, they took me in immediately, and within a few minutes, i was back on the road! The owner, front desk, and body shop technician were very courteous and helpful. Unbelievable service!”
