When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“Visited Hobby Lobby several times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the store was packed with an impressive selection of holiday items. It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed. “Good layout and plenty of product to look through. Ample sale section (though a bit messy to look through). The store in general was much less chaotic and disorganized than most of the other clothing shops in the mall (namely Zara). Employee was really nice and helpful getting my $5 reward to work at checkout.”

“So, my first time moving out on my own (for real this time lol). I got to meet this lovely lady named Kirsten! This lady was there from start to finish! She even dragged her designer Raymond in to help. And let me say he is very upfront and a killer with making designs work!! He has great taste! He helped me pick colors scheme and made sure everything I liked flowed Together!! They knew I was unsure about some items and they both gave many different choices to help. I love how they catered to my needs even when they were very busy!! I 100 percent you come check them out for your home! Especially if you anything like me! Lol”
“Jill is wonderful and very helpful. I’ve taken my friends from out of town here and she has helped each of us pick out glider chairs, cribs, and more. Jill was especially helpful when I purchased a glider that had a mechanical recliner and once my baby arrived it was not practical for us. She helped us swap the chair for an electric recliner and the process was very smooth. Thank you Jill!”

While I was there, two other customers were rude, entitled, and began yelling at the same staff. The team remained calm and professional throughout the entire process. I was thoroughly impressed, and I will go out of my way to return to this location in the future.”
