Most cell phone repair shops do not care about you and more about the money. While with idan and sori it feels totally opposite. They care about you more than money. “I’m here at the Malvern location where I came with what I thought was an unfixable problem I’ve never seen before. I was so kindly greeted by your employee Joseph. While admitting it was an unusual problem after I explained it he said he would try absolutely everything to get it working. It needed an internal shut down that he realized quickly & explained it to me effectively which should require an immediate promotion for that alone. He was patient with me & my mother. He said it was his pleasure to fix it & I wholeheartedly believed him. He’s a wonderful & extremely helpful guy & a most valuable employee!”

“Visited the AT&T at the Plymouth Meeting Mall to upgrade to a new phone. Was helped by Mario, who delivered legendary customer service. Hands down the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had with a phone upgrade. Mario was willing to take the time to listen to my needs as a customer, and worked with me to make them happen. I will absolutely be returning to this location next time I need services from AT&T.”
