“Joe Stringer from the King of Prussia, PA Henderson Road location was phenomenal to work with. I originally rented a 3’x3’ unit which, from the simulation online, gave me the impression that I could fit a one bedroom into it. When I got to the location, that wasn’t the case! It was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. Nothing was going to fit in that. Joe was extremely instrumental in finding me a solution to fit my needs. He worked with me to get a unit that was the right size. In the end, I’m happy I got to work with Joe and I got exactly what I needed for my storage needs. Thank you and keep it up”

Difficult and dishonesty! Careful with the “only phone call communication”, because they will tell you something and someone else tells you a completely different thing, I was told by phone and by the location manager that the rent is prorated if you put a 10 day notice in advance to move-out. I did give that note in advance and rushed myself to empty the storage, they didn’t refund me my remaining balance. Terrible customer service as well. The person who’s answering # ends with 0126 doesn’t seem to wanna hear or help you. If you can communicate by email it would be much better but they don’t have an email to communicate!!!”

The team are courteous and so helpful. I used the free truck to help with my move and even the van was well maintained and new. I would highly recommend this facility! “StorQuest in KoP was perfect for our needs. Dacia (the manager) was extremely pleasant, happy to answer questions, and the facility is temperature controlled. Access was easy and secure. The only negative is a corporate business issue: after two months, rent was increased by 155%. (Yes, 155%.) For a small unit, short term, it was manageable, but if you need a larger space for a longer period of time, cost could become an issue. The facility was excellent, and we will return in the future.”
