Could be a little nicer on the phone, called the night before and the representative’s made me feel like I’m inconveniencing her for asking which colors available on the display. Still has to come to pick up something for mother day but never again to this store! Rude!

I purchased for a special occasion even got expressed shipping for 1-3 day guaranteed delivery ( there was no holiday ) however, the product took 6 nearly 7 days total to delivery.. 3 days after the recipients birthday.

I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The item purchased was the mini white gardenia as a birthday gift for my daughter. I love it perfect gift for a loved one. Looking forward to more purchases in the future.
