Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“I needed some extra help decorating my newly finished basement, so I called Studio 882. I spoke to Lee who came to my house with Ethan to look over the space. They took their time looking over the basement and taking measurements. They understood what we were looking for and were very easy to work with. When they presented their ideas to my husband and I at Studio 882 we couldn’t have been more pleased. The colors, fabrics and furniture were exactly what we were looking for. Lee and Ethan were very responsive and easy to get along with. They also showed up on delivery day to make sure everything was right. They placed all of the furniture in the right spots and made sure it was perfect. While visiting Studio 882, the owner came over to introduce himself and sat with us while Lee and Ethan presented. We’re so happy we chose studio 882 to help us with our basement.”

She was also extremely helpful with couch and chair styles, explaining cushion fillings and working to make sure that we got exactly what we were looking for. We started with a set of bedroom furniture to match a bedframe and the results were excellent. Jon then helped us design a customized breakfast room table with storage and display, made to match existing kitchen cabinets and blend with kitchen granite. He then made us an excellent set of office cabinets and bookshelves and he designed and built a unique counter-top open shelf. It is a pleasure to work with Jon and he takes great care of his customers.”

“Last year we were decorating our new home and because of Covid we were waiting many months for furniture to be delivered from various stores. In fact we bought a piece at Bloomingdales and are still waiting, almost a year now, for them to deliver. Then there was RH! We walked into RH on a Saturday, picked out two lovely swivel chairs and - to our amazement - they were delivered to our home that Wednesday! They were in perfect condition and the delivery guys were very professional. So happy we shopped there, even if I groused about having to pay a membership fee. If you don't love waiting forever for your new furniture, RH is the place to go!”
