They took their time looking over the basement and taking measurements. They understood what we were looking for and were very easy to work with. Anthony helped me make sure that the sofas I ordered were exactly what I wanted, and both of them were phenomenal navigating the issues I had with their white glove delivery services. “Jon is amazing! Over the last year, he has helped us furnish several rooms of our house with custom-made, unique, and very high-quality wood products. We started with a set of bedroom furniture to match a bedframe and the results were excellent. Jon then helped us design a customized breakfast room table with storage and display, made to match existing kitchen cabinets and blend with kitchen granite. He then made us an excellent set of office cabinets and bookshelves and he designed and built a unique counter-top open shelf. It is a pleasure to work with Jon and he takes great care of his customers.”

“Jim (sales) and Kim (manager) gave us a phenomenal experience. Kim got us started with great suggestions based on our requests. Jim was extremely helpful and honest when discussing the furniture and design. They got us set with a Beckham modular sectional and Newbury bed. Delivery hit a snag with an error in labeling, but Kim was able to help get us our furniture within the next week!

“The elementary school teacher in our house purchased two bags of school supplies from this Target location, but mistakenly left with one. These items were for a specific event the next morning at the school. Upon discovery of the mistake, I was sent to talk to the store. The courteous young man at the customer service counter looked for the bag in multiple places in the store, but it didn't turn up. I showed him our receipt and pointed out the missing merchandise. He directed me to find the missing items, and come back and the store took care of it. Class act, Target! An elementary school class was very appreciative.”
“The KOP Bloomingdales has been a consistent and reliable go-to department store for me and my family for decades. It was my great grandmother's favorite store! This location has 3 floors and escalators at the center of the store. There is a wide selection within the many different departments. I love that they regularly run 30-40% off sales on high end brands. I frequent the women's clothing, jewelry, handbags, shoes, cosmetics and gifts sections. Another thing I love about Bloomingdales is that if an item I want is not available in store, they can find it at another location and have it shipped for free! Occasionally, you'll walk around and find departments with no staff person working at the register. Most often, you can head over to the nearest department and find someone there. The staff I've encountered over the years has been incredibly helpful. The personal shoppers are great too”

“I went to Arthaus to start a complete room redo of a large room and walked out with an entire room of furniture the same day. I was privileged to work with David Diaz at the KOP store and together we worked through multiple choices of furniture items and layouts. My aesthetic is a bit unusual, but David knew his inventory extremely well. It was an effortless purchase. Post-sale, Arthaus was excellent in keeping me updated on the order and communicating status of the delivery. Highly recommend, especially if you want a more contemporary or trendy look.

“Last year we were decorating our new home and because of Covid we were waiting many months for furniture to be delivered from various stores. In fact we bought a piece at Bloomingdales and are still waiting, almost a year now, for them to deliver. Then there was RH! We walked into RH on a Saturday, picked out two lovely swivel chairs and - to our amazement - they were delivered to our home that Wednesday! They were in perfect condition and the delivery guys were very professional. So happy we shopped there, even if I groused about having to pay a membership fee. If you don't love waiting forever for your new furniture, RH is the place to go!”

“Exemplary efforts Ryan!
Ryan was the difference for me vs going to a large box house. During my visit to the Purple showroom at King of Prussia Mall Ryan took the time to listen to my concerns then assist with fitting me with the best suitable pillow and mattress combination. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the details and specs and why he felt one option was better than the other. Even as time drew towards closing, he was steadfast on making sure my questions and concerns were addressed.
I had asked Ryan if he could speak with the delivery team to help expedite my new mattress and sheets because I don't sleep well and am in dire need of doing so. He went above and beyond for me to do so and that just shows the kind of person he is. It is not often that a sales person goes the extra mile. He and the staff supporting him deserve kudos for their efforts.
I 100% agree with what others have said, Purple is a company that prioritizes its customers needs and Ryan is absolutely the epitome of effort and support.”
