“My fiance and I went here today to just browse and I will say Derek was our sales man and he was Amazing!!! Not overwhelming or pressuring but knowledgeable and helpful at the pace we needed it. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a furniture store than I did here today, if you come by look for Derek , you won’t regret it!! We did buy a couch and were so excited to get it ! Manager was extremely helpful and easy to talk to as well !”
“Loved the decorating advice I got from Judy; I get many compliments on the sofa/fabric she helped me to pick. When my cocktail table order was delayed for months Ethan Allen sent me a loaner, which was great. Ultimately EA couldn’t deliver on my cocktail table - it took 9 months to learn that, which was very annoying. But I got my money back and was able to find a table elsewhere so things worked out ok.”

“Visited Hobby Lobby several times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the store was packed with an impressive selection of holiday items. It was definitely very busy and the lines were long, but they moved surprisingly fast and were well managed. Overall, a great place for seasonal décor if you don’t mind the crowds during peak holiday shopping.”
“On 4/24, my wife and I shopped at this King of Prussia Location for an outside lamp and pole for our front yard.(at the recommendation of my Electrician; Lou Costello of Springfield) ) The design technician; Emma Dinnocenti, was extremely helpful in the selection of the entire lamp assembly that was needed. I was stunned to find out that she was only in this position for 3 days. Her poise and product knowledge was that of a FIVE STAR , 20 year veteran of the industry! I would highly recommend Bright Light Design Center for all of your lighting needs.

Kagen was the designer who helped us , patiently pulling fabric samples as I was all over the board on what I was looking for, and helping to guide us as to color combos that would work best. She was also extremely helpful with couch and chair styles, explaining cushion fillings and working to make sure that we got exactly what we were looking for. Everything has now been delivered and we are loving our new living room furniture!”
“very very big Urban Outfitters!! there's a whole section on the first floor for blind boxes. every time I buy clothes from here, I need to get a blind box. I got this LovelyEmma one for my 25th birthday (she even has a party hat)! i also got a pop mart crying on the moon series figure, pop mart teletubbies figure, striped booty shorts, dark-gray cotton shorts, jeans, & sweatpants.”

Jill was especially helpful when I purchased a glider that had a mechanical recliner and once my baby arrived it was not practical for us.
