“The process was so smooth and effortless. They came to my house, Derik explained everything he would be doing and explained the reason why and how long it would take. I couldn’t be more impressed with with the speediness, the communication along the way - and even before the visit Derik called to let me know when he should be arriving based on his current job and where he was.
