“I called my insurance company on a Thursday morning because a rock hit my windshield while driving, and cracked it. They referred me to Action glass. Scheduled the replacement to be done at my house the following Monday. They weren't able to give me an exact time until the day of, just 6:30am to 4pm. Monday morning I got a call at 7am saying they would be at my house within a half hour. They showed up, gave them my keys, and they immediately got to work. Within 30 minutes the new windshield was in, I signed the receipt and they were on their way. I had absolutely no problems and found them to be quick, reliable and efficient. Only down side is I was expecting to get an "aftercare" instruction sheet for the do's and don'ts with time frames. They didn't explain anything to me or give me any information except a brief recording the day I made the appointment by phone. If I have to replace the windshield again I would definitely use Action Glass.”
