“Hands down an amazing boutique! Everything is so beautifully displayed and the decor is gorgeous! All of the clothes and accessories are to die for! The owner is such a wonderful, down to earth person who truly cares for her customers. If you’re looking for cute outfits from everyday wear to party attire (men or women) this is the boutique worth stopping in!”
“Plato’s has a nice selection of clothing, and I’m often impressed by the things I can find for my daughter. She’s 12 and very tall for her age, so it can be challenging to find women’s clothing that fits her well, but this store usually has great options.
During my last visit, I tried on a dress and mentioned to an employee that it would be helpful to have a small table or spot in the fitting rooms to place things like a phone, keys, or sunglasses, since I don’t carry a purse. The employee explained that the fitting rooms are small and there’s no space, but there is a larger fitting room at the end with a bench that I’ve used before and really liked. I also suggested something simple, like a small hanging caddy on the hooks.
It felt like the employee (JA on the receipt) didn’t really want to hear any suggestions and just brushed me off. It would have been nice if my feedback had been acknowledged a little more openly.
Overall, I appreciate the store and the variety of clothing, but I think there’s an opportunity to improve the fitting room experience, especially for customers who prefer not to carry a bag.”

“LET ME TELL YOU ... Britt Allen is an absolute SAVIOR. I had a date night emergency at closing time and I called the store in a panic needing boots and my girl delivered!!! She picked out the cutest pair - IN MY SIZE - stayed open a little longer for my husband to go swoop them up and it made my night and outfit perfect!!! I've consigned here for years now and I will 100% say I will never take my items or find my little gem closet pieces anywhere else. These girls are so sweet and keep the store looking amazing all the time. I cannot say enough on how great this shop is. DEFINITELY GO CHEK IT OUT! ?”

“I love this store. I wish there was one in Dickson City- I feel like it would do very well there. I go out of my way to go to the Wyoming Valley Mall just for this store. “Staff is laid back. Got on line to purchase jeans that were on Women's Clearance Rack. At register, Male Manager told me they were not on Sale, and were Men's jeans! Told me that it was okay, and if I got another it would only be half price! Hell nahhh, no thx.”

“PROS: this place was very clean with a strong variety of items. Staff was friendly and the majority of prices were good. CONS: the handwriting on the prices were bad so it was tough to read them and they write the price on the item rather than using a tag which can ruin its condition OVERALL: I'll come back here again, however, I'll need a translator for the pricing”

“I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”

“Coupons help. They seem to provide some every time I shop there but you need to watch the dates. I thought style cash was available but it doesn’t take effect until 7/29 . The disappointment came with a surprise however, because I then asked if they honored a military discount which they apparently do. 10% off of everything was very helpful . “The Bathtime Boutique offers an awesome choice of lotions,soaps and shower gels. The Beekman 1802 Lilac Dream is one of my favorite lotions they have!! The Jelly Cat selection is the best in the area! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and so warm and friendly!”
