About NAPA Auto Parts
NAPA Auto Parts is known for its knowledgeable staff who efficiently assist customers in finding the right parts. Many customers appreciate the quick service, often getting in and out in under five minutes. Although some parts may need to be ordered from other stores, the overall quality is very good. Staff members are willing to assist with online research for specific parts, ensuring that customers leave with what they need. While they strive to help with requests, like finding wipers, there may be occasions when they do not have the exact size available.

I recently had some car trouble, denting my wife’s bumper. An associate came out and helped me reattach the bumper and get it taped safely up so
I can get it to a body shop. Super friendly and super helpful. Thanks for bailing me out!

This is a very knowledgeable staff. When I go to a store like this I know what I want. Sometimes Thor is an updated part and they suggest it, but no fooling around here they go in the back and get your stuff. I was hit with some discount I didn’t know about and I was out in under 5 minutes with everything I needed
