I'm really considering going to another bank. I rarely visit the bank, do most banking on line, always a long wait at the bank, never more than 2 tellers working and one has to deal with customers inside and outside. And today the ATM wasn't working. Have had enough good bye PNC.

Seems every time I go there, expect a LONG wait time. Drive-in customers get preferential treatment. PNC keeps on closing branch buildings & uses less & less tellers. Bring a book when you go as you will wait.
