I have had a business account with this bank for more than 20 years and they have done a good job for me (4-5 stars). However, I went in today to redeem savings bonds I bought from them, I believe when they were in the Wyoming Valley Mall back in the 1990s, and they refused to do so because I do not have a personal account...
